Weight Training Question
I just drafted a DE who is better fit to be a DT. He's currently 6-8, 305. His weight is fine at LT but his BMI is low. Am I better off leaving leaving him alone or should I have him try to gain weight?
Which leads to a more general question. Is it better to have a tall, lean player maintain the ideal position weight; or to gain weight to achieve an average BMI for the position even if his weight is then above average? |
bMI is better in my opinion
