It is short for dola-post. It's named after long-gone (but not forgotten), infamous poster Dolamite.

Dolamite used to jack up his post count by replying to his own posts with inane monosyllabic BS.

Hey, I was around back during the sideline days, but my roommate moved and took him computer. It was then at least two years before I was able to get my own computer and re-establish myself in this community.

So not everyone with registration dates after Oct 2000 are noobs who don't remember the sideline days...

Yeah I was around in those days too but when the move happend I missed it and it took me a while to find the place, thus my later than Oct 200 date. And the original dolamite was indeed something else and very deserving of being immortalized with teh dola designation.

Sideline....the good old days. Now its all a bunch of hooligans ruining everything. Turn that damn music down!! Get off my lawn you damn kids....

Well yes, i had more than my fair share of FOF all of them. Now i'm into STB, if only as a diversion.

My point is Styx didnt play the game and he attempted to implement an angry hair farming dictatorship on our beloved sideline. Fuck the heshers into artsy fag rock. I like my heshers hardcore and smelly. Hair farmers are not meant to be sensitive ladies men, they are meant to be slobbish pigs often over indulging in any sort of intoxicants available. They are only cool when sporting an original metal t-shirt, as long as it carries the mandatory three skulls or some puppeteering mechanisms.
