Triple Crown Winner, Justified, was Busted for PEDs
 

This story looks like a major scandal. A summary:

- Justified tested positive for a banned substance after Santa Anita
- Baffert asked for a second, independent test
- That test result comes back positive and th results are known the week after the Derby
- Nothing happens.
- Months later, after Justified won the Triple Crown, the case was dropped without any penalties.

Maybe this is not as it seems, but it seems like winning the Triple Crown excused a horse and racing's best known trainer of cheating.

So what you're saying is that McGwire and Sosa chasing 61 were good for baseball?

The horse has tweeted an apology and said he didn't know how the drugs got into his system, but said that he figured it was something in the food while he was training in Mexico.

Could be gas station dick pills.

Or hormone therapy to help with a pregnancy issue.

Or my new favorite - a compound pharmacy, where the lab and the athlete collaborate to design a custom supplement product plan just for that athlete - but then they piss hot and it's somehow still not their fault.

Since he won the Triple Crown, I guess you could say doping the horse.... *puts on sunglasses* ...was Justified. YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!
