Who's off to college in the fall?

Who's going off to college this fall? Where will you be attending?

I graduated from Plymouth High School in Plymouth, Indiana this past Friday and will be attending Valparaiso University in the fall.

Patman 06-03-2003 07:51 PM

I will be graduating from Trinity High School in Manchester, New Hampshire and I will be going to Northeastern University

Pumpy Tudors 06-03-2003 08:43 PM

I will be graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2002 with a B.A. in communications, after having been home-schooled since sixth grade.

Er.

mrbuttercupjr 06-03-2003 08:52 PM

I WILL NEVER GO TO COLLEGE!! COLLEGE SUCKS!!!

Sublime 06-03-2003 08:58 PM

I'll be graduating from Stevens High School in Claremont, NH and be attending Boston University in the fall.

oykib 06-03-2003 09:02 PM

Hey guys. Have fun at college. Here's the best piece of advice that you're gonna get: wear a condom!

mrbuttercupjr 06-03-2003 09:03 PM

CONDOMS ARE FOR PANSIES!!!

Fonzie 06-03-2003 09:41 PM

This will only the third autumn in my adult life I'll not be attending school somewhere. I took two years off after undergrad before going to grad school, from which I just earned my PhD. A strange experience, this whole not-being-in-school business.

You know what's fun? Scaring small children by telling them that I just finished the 24th grade! :)

Best of luck to those of you going off to school. Enjoy this time, and listen to oykib, for there is wisdom in his words!

Welcome to Indiana! (when you get here) Notre Dame has to lose to Purdue this year in football. It is the rule. :) I live 30 minutes from West Lafayette, so that is why I am a boiler fan.

Tigercat 06-04-2003 01:20 AM

Just graduated from LSU, will be heading for grad school at U of Kentucky. I hear there is this thing called snow up there?

Vince 06-04-2003 01:44 AM

Congratulations on your colleges guys. Have a blast...it's a ton of fun. Try not to limit yourself in your class selection...take as many different things as you can until you figure out what you want to do. And oykib was right...that's the best piece of advice you can get!

tucker342 06-04-2003 07:28 PM

Start to feel withdrawl symptoms now. There is no such thing as Korean BBQ in Indiana :(

Used to go out there every winter to hang out with my friend. He lived in Mililani for a couple years. You won't miss pick-ups. Trucks are mandatory in IN, just like HI. You will, however, miss the beautiful people. You just don't walk down the street and see 10 chicks in their short-shorts that are all drop dead gorgeous.

Oh yeah, there are sand dunes in IN, but no beaches. Hit Waimea while you can.

btw, I attend Miami of Ohio

vex 06-05-2003 12:42 AM

I will be a freshman at Northeast Oklahoma A&M (NEO) in Miami this fall.

sooner333 06-05-2003 12:44 AM

I graduated from Norman High School in, you guessed it, Norman, OK last month. I will be attending Northwestern University (not the one in Alva) in the fall.

damnMikeBrown 06-05-2003 12:51 AM

RPI-Fan 06-05-2003 07:15 AM

So was mine... only I know what happened to him... he got his girlfriend pregnant and withdrew from school...

To repeat oykib's advice... wear a condom.

BishopMVP 06-05-2003 04:01 PM

I graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School in Concord, MA and am going off to UMass-Amherst this fall. It should be really fun, I'm just worried that I'll slack off too much.

vtbub 06-05-2003 04:17 PM

Condoms and carbo-loading ;)
