Addendum: and if someone DOES suggest picks during the draft, don't PM, IM, e-mail, send me reported posts, call, use papyrus, snail-mail, smoke signals, text messages, courier, Pony Express, Fed-Ex, or use ANY other communication mode to ask for that person's head on a tray. I don't want to hear it. (Yes, someone went ballistic PM'ing, reporting posts, and even IM'ing me when someone suggested picks in one of these in the past.
