I've locked more than one thread here when I knew the decision would be unpopular, not from a "you-shouldn't-have-locked-it" perspective, but from a "dang-SkyDog,-you-should-have-left-it-open-cause-mrskippy/maximus/etc-was-REALLY-about-to-go-off-the-charts-in-UIC" perspective.
