Granted, white choclate mousse beer is not a "normal beer" by far, but I could imagine Guinness complimenting cheesecake nicely, too....or many of the stouts I've had would do that, for that matter...

I have a couple blueberry wheat beers in the fridge that seem like they could be ok with certain types of cheesecake...if I didn't hate cheesecake.
