I think in that situation I likely would have broken the tie a bit earlier than you did to give someone else time to decide if they want to condemn Path or move their vote. It is not entirely fair of me though since I was not around at lynch time (was doing a network change for work at 8pm last night), but you really got stuck in a no-win situation there by Spleen.
Based on Spleen's antics with you yesterday I guess right now I am more curious to what type of set up he was up to there. He appears to have gone out of his way to put you in that situation where you wouldn't possibly win.
