2056 season

QB Joel Rae – Cincinnati – Joel has been playing well in Cincinnati, but no one expected his explosion this year, Joel threw for 4299 yards, with 29 touchdowns and 12 interceptions, a career year all around, and he was named to the 2nd team Pro Bowl squad for the first time in his career. Is he just a late bloomer or did Seattle not give him enough tools to work with?

WR Dustin Mathis – Mathis retired this year. His two Super Bowl rings were his biggest impact on the league as he never made it past the level of anonymous receiver.

K Austin McCarthy – Houston – Austin converted 22 of 23 kicks this year, including all 9 past 40 yards.

DT Christian Grier – Grier called it quits, he kept going past several serious injuries but it's time for him to go. He was a very solid, reliable player for Dallas at a position that has a lot of turnover, and was definitely a good pickup for them. He leaves a four time Pro Bowler and Dallas' all time leader in blocked passes, and 2nd in QB hurries.

MLB Tyrone Awsare – Awsare called it a career, ending what was a very promising career at first. Tyrone put up some solid numbers but a lot of team switches and injuries stopped him from becoming better than average overall.

S Wade Fears – Green Bay – Wade signed with Green Bay and hoped to reach his goal of 1000 career tackles this year, but a serious injury put him on the IR list instead, and he recorded no stats this year. Looks like this could be the career ender for him, but we'll see.
