But the basic idea is to have an "election" of some sort, through more fluid coalitions than can be found in TCAK. Like I said I could never figure out how to quite make it work on its own which is why I've never done it as a game, despite politics being one of my biggest interests. In my abortive attempts I was going with an "elect a Secretary General of the UN" theme, but the Roman Senate is a much stronger setting for such a game.
