Nielsen starts at SF for the Bucks whose starting lineup includes John Gilchrist, Daniel Gibson, Nielsen, Elton Brand and Andrew Bogut.
Jeff Nights - PF Seattle Supersonics -

Nights gets to start, but at SF. Seattle's lineup is Eric Ferguson, Kobe Bryant, Nights, Kevin Garnett and David Lee.
AJ Tucker - PG Orlando Magic -

Last year's rookie of the year starts at point again for Orlando with Tony Williams, Robert Edwards, Charlie Villanueva and Paul Millsap rounding out the starting five.
