and thanks for bumping this radii. I haven't posted my results in over a month? Yikes!!

Stats
Starting weight (09/09/06): 194.4
Previous Weight (12/18/06): 187.8
Current Weight (01/15/07): 189.2
Total loss: - 5.2 lbs
Loss needed to reach desired goal: 64.2 lbs.

Wow, I was actually at 185 at one point and I haven't seen that number in over a month. The good think is that like Radii, I have made working out a habit. I've been going at least 4 times a week for at least half an hour so that's a big plus.

My new years resolution is to lose this weight by the end of the year, so if I remain dedicated to the diet and lose 2 lbs. a week, I should be able to accomplish that goal.

EDIT: I meant to ask, does anyone know of any alcoholic beverages that are okay to have when dieting? I don't know diddley about red wine so I don't even know where to start.
