A nice way to start off the second week.

Stats
Starting weight (02/04/07): 225.5
Previous Weight (02/04/07): 225.5
Current Weight (02/11/07): 220.0 (-5.5)

I think I'll need to increase my calorie intake though because it's not very healthy to lose that much weight. I averaged 1675 calories per day this week. I'll bump it up to 1800 to see if I can get the maxium rate of 2 lbs per week.
