how did Naxos avoid losing territory when Tunisia captured Tripolitania?

also nobody thought twice about attacking the leader of the HRE? Isn't there some sort of penalty for doing that?

And thanks for the info about Bohemia, I am no early European scholar, but even I know Bohemia was near modern Germany
