Match Point - 9/10

Considered giving it a 10/10. Been on my list for a while, but I never got around to watching it. Mostly because I think I've been looking for lighter fare and comedies lately. But this is one Hell of a dark movie. Great acting from all the leads and just a wonderfully written story (especially the leads).
It draws you in and keeps you engaged the entire time. The ending was a bit of surprise to me (almost forgot I wasn't watching a cliched Hollywood flick and rather an Allen picture), but definately fits the theme.

Perhaps the only thing that gets the 1 point off is the pace of the story early on in the movie. The times people are together seem to never really gel well enough.
