I left Chicago State after the 2010 season, that 30-4 season by far the best in my coaching career by any measure(wins, RPI, Tournament Results). The next 4 years, with my recruits, they were solid every year and earned two more NCAA Tournament bids. They've fallen some since then but theyr'e still a 40 prestige school in a level 1 conference.

I spent 7 years at Vermont, from 2011 to 2017. I took their prestige from 34->48 over that time, and the new coach has picked up right where I left off. Vermont is quite the powerhouse.
