I just started to listen to "A Feast For Crows". They used a different reader. He's not very good. He seems to emphasize random words in sentences for no real apparent reason. I much prefer Roy Dotrice, but I am enjoying it nonetheless.

Listening to these books makes all sorts of tasks, yard work, house work, working out, all the easier to accomplish.

I actually haven't listened to AFFC yet. However, before ADWD comes out, I will have (I have it on my iPod). I've found that with GRRM's books, I prefer to read them initially, and then instead of a "re-read," I listen to the audio. It lets me immerse myself in the world a bit more, and lets my imagination run a little wilder.

So before ADWD comes out (if it ever does!), I'll probably re-listen to all of the books, or at the very least AFFC. It makes driving go quicker, and is nice at work if I'm doing something completely mindless.
