Now, we host a 1-2 Washington State team that is below average on offense and bad on defense.

They elect to kickoff to us. The 1st play of the game, Corp underthrows a man deep and their linebacker picks it off. On 4th and 3, our linebacker nails their HB, he fumbles, and Maiava picks it up and returns it to their 20. Fisher drops a 3rd down pass. Our kicker hits the upright on a 38 yard FG attempt. 0-0 still. Watson picks off a pass that was poorly thrown on 3rd and 16.. he returns it to the 7. We get stuffed on 3rd and goal from the 2. Our young offensive line is struggling quite a bit today. We kick the short FG to make it 3-0.


1st pass of their next drive, Pauly, our freshman picks it off. He returns it to their 12. 2 plays later, Corp throws it to Franklin for a 4 yard TD. 10-0. 3 and out. They punt away from my returner. We go 3 and out and punt. Our next drive, Garrett with a tough catch over the middle to convert 3rd and 16.


End of 1: 10-0, we lead.


Defenses dominate the early part of the 2nd quarter, as we settle for a FG and then stop them. However, on their next drive, they complete 3 big passs including a 11 yard TD pass to their TE. 13-7. We should be blowing them out. Corp gets one last shot to lead us to a TD before Cole gets some PT.


Hawthorne returns the kickoff to their 40. 1st play Corp throws a beautiful rainbow bomb that Roland Johnson catches in stride at their 20. Johnson takes it in for a TD! 20-7. Our next drive, Corp throws a little flair to the FB, Moss that bounces off his hands into a linebacker's hands and the linebacker takes it for a TD. 20-14. Wright with a 43 yard FG to make it 23-14. 2 minutes left in the half. We stop them on 4th and 1 with 19 seconds left on our 24. Edwards with a huge run. 9 seconds left and we are on their 31. Cole is in the game for this drive. Cole with a 13 yard pass to Cornelius Johnson. With 2 seconds left, we kick the 35 yard FG. 26-14 at the half.

On 3rd and 10, their QB chucks it into double coverage. Marshall Jones with the pick and he returns it 44 yards for a TD. 33-14. We stuff their HB on 3rd and 2. Cole will get a bit more PT with the 1st team. Cole scrambles to his right and then delivers a perfect pass to Ronald for 32 yards. On 3rd and 8, Cole with another great pass to Ronald Johnson for 30 yards. Now, we are on the 5. On 2nd and goal, Cole with an option pitch to Edwards for a 5 yard TD run. 40-14.

On 3rd and 1, we pop their HB and he fumbles. Jamaal Miller recovers it. We let Corp get in for one last drive. Corp leads a 12 play 48 yard drive that ends with a Edwards 1 yard TD run. 47-14.

End of 3: 47-14.

Their returner fumbles the kickoff and Jimmy Lynch picks it up and runs it in for a TD! 54-14.

Our 2nd team offense comes in for our next drive, and during Supersim, Cole leads a very nice drive ending with a 14 yard TD pass to Fisher! 61-14. Their next drive, we knock their QB out of the game with a spraine ankle. Cole with a sick option play fake to juke one defender and then he pitches it the back before the other man hits him and it leads to a 27 yard TD run by Hawthorne. 68-14.

Robinson picks off their backup QB's 1st pass that was a very weak out throw. He returns it to their 18. Hawthorne fumbles on their 2 and they recover. Pauls picks off their 2nd pass attempt and returns it for a TD. 75-14. Their backup QB is one of the worst throwers I've seen in this game.

Wow, their HB fumbles again. We recover again. 2:18 to go and I just want to run out the clock.


Game over. 75-14 win.

Cole: 6 of 10 for 139 yards with 1 TD 0 INT's.

Edwards: 22 carries for 99 yards and 2 TD's.

Hawthorne: 14 carries for 126 yards and a TD.

Cole: 2 carries for 13 yards.

Ronald Johnson: 5 catches for 156 yards and a TD.

Cornelius Johnson: 3 catches for 25 yards.

Bryan Burrell: 7 tackles, 3 for a loss.

Everson Griffen had our only sack.

Reggie Pauly and Tony Watson each had 2 picks.


Gary rogers: 17 of 32 for 190 yards with 1 TD 4 INT's.

Jake Fontaine: 1 of 6 for 22 yards with 2 INT's.

Tony Leonard: 18 carries for 22 yards.

Gary Rogers: 9 carries for 62 yards.
