4. Waay too many to mention but honorable mention for Manos, the hands of fate with the Frank Zappa looking guy. I honestly can't see Kodos name and not say, "Kodos, the hands of fate" even though the real reference is obvious.

I tend to like the episodes that have running jokes. Really hard to just pick 4.
