A developer on OS has said one is "coming soon" but that was about 2 weeks ago. I'm guessing it will be out within the next 2-4 weeks. The only bug they have specifically said it will fix is the Ivy League Glitch, but from past 2ksports patches, I would guess it will fix many things. I'm hopeful it will lead to the CPU reaching in more to attempt to steal.
