Probably All Things Considered on Tuesday night. Unfortunately, NPR doesn't do transcripts a lot (for free), but they usually post
ATC on the website in streaming format, broken down by section. The usual Q&A with David Brooks & A.J. Dionne is probably its own section.

Again, let's wait until the nomination is resolved. Right now the makeup of Obama's support is skewed due to Clinton.
