Schmidty, what were all the cases of random.org coming into play?
I know of a couple with Alan and one with me - would be interested in getting a rundown on those. I think there are normally ways to minimize randomness, but the more roles you have the harder it gets.
I also think you crafted a fun "universe" for our game, with the PMs + day/night stuff. That always helps get players participating - all of that helps build a good game.
