We voted to take teams now, with anyone who wants to having the option to pass until the game is out (the order of all who pass will remain the same as this order. Those people can pick from any of the aforementioned teams that haven't been picked yet.) So, you can pick your team whenever you want Terps, but there is no rush. I might take a few hours or so to research my team when it gets to my pick depending upon who is taken before me.
