I like the deal for both teams. I think JO's offense is very similar to Bosh and Bargnani's (face up jump shooters), but he does have legitimate defensive talent unlike the other two. I assume Bargs can't play the 3 spot, so that will likely move him to the bench, but it does give Toronto a formidable frontcourt. Also, with Jose Calderon, Ford was expendable.
For Indy, they just needed to put the rebuilding project into full steam ahead and this did it. Ford is kind of similar to Tinsley, but younger and much much quicker. Maybe they can package their two picks and move and grab a real impact player in the draft, if not maybe they can hit it big with one of the two selections. Maybe something like Gallinari at 11 and Darrell Arthur at 17.
The biggest factor in who wins with this trade is health. Both of the main pieces of the trade are VERY injury prone. Whoever can stay the healthiest wins the trade IMO.
