All I really want to do is a small, fictional old-timey league with no finances or scouting, a 2-8 rating scale and a couple of goofy league rules, where I would pick a team and manage every game. See I could have swore that before the game launched Markus had mentioned how people kept saying they wanted tracked development back and that they were going to include that for leagues that have scouts off. Am I crazy? Or did I misunderstand him?
