Great job RKG (even if you're a Phillies fan).
I weighed myself this morning again just to make sure I didn't mess up yesterday with the whole moving the scale around thing, and thankfully I came in a half pound under my first reading of 211 lbs, so on we go...
BTW I didn't realize how long my week recap post was. Please don't feel like you need to read it; it just helps me think about how the week has gone in terms of dieting/exercising when I go into more detail.
