I'm considering adding rounds to next year's draft to compensate or if we decide to add the vulture league, then we can get rid of the feeders and that will increase the overall talent available to you all upcoming.

I thought studies showed adding rounds to the draft doesn't add overall talent to the league, but instead just adds a bunch of 1 star and 1/2 star players to the end? Is that not true with ootp9 anymore?
