Joking aside, that is the issue at hand. Can one player, especially a pitcher, win enough games to pay for the astronomical sum it will take to do the job? On the one hand, a team like mine could really, really use a star to hang its hat on...but I got a good look when I started here at what a couple of overpriced guys can do to your team if they don't earn their money.
Decisions, decisions. Its a testament to the league, at least for me personally, that I'm in the middle of negotiating a real-world $500,000 contract and I'm sitting here thinking about FOOL.
