ergh, I thought I stopped the sim before the national title game but apparently not. So I'm doing this all a bit out of logical order as per usual.
Coaching Skill Increases
I met four of my goals last year!
Win a non-conference tournament. Have a winning record. No unhappy players and... coach a conference player of the year!!! Thomas Coleman won player of the year in the MEAC.
There are two areas that I primarily want to focus on, Defense and Teaching. I need players with better defensive awareness, and I need to be able to begin to develop some of these 3* recruits I'm starting to pull in:
Offense: C-
Defense: C+
Teaching: C+
Scouting: C-
Charisma: A+
Disclipline: C-
