Yeah, I was thinking about this, and I wondered how many were pre-written by someone other than the presenter. Because many of the nominees seemed pretty moved by the introductions, and I thought it would be highly cheesy and even offensive if it turned out that the statements that the presenters made were not authentic (i.e. "I thought your performance was electric", or things like that. I mean, did Shirley MacLaine really watch
