Schremp frustrated

December 10th 2010 - The Kansas City Coyotes have not won a single game in the last 8 outings, and the team's first centre and top scorer Rob Schremp has grown tired of the situation. The Syracuse native has apparently met with general manager Nicolas Fillion because he wanted to know where the team was headed. Schremp, whom at 24-years-old is on the final year of his contract, is said to be unhappy with the situation in Kansas City and would be willing to get traded.

"At this point in time, we have no interest in discussing trades about Rob Schremp. He is a key player on our current roster, and we hope that he remains a key player in the future. Of course, we want our players to be happy so we don't like these kind of stories, but it comes with the team's lack of success." said GM Fillion.

In 28 games this season, Schremp has scored 9 goals and 15 assists, keeping an even plus-minus record. He is the second player to reportedly ask for a trade this season after Lepistö, who was quiclky traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Columbus Blue Jackets, Nashville Predators, St. Louis Blues and Toronto Maple Leafs are reportedly interested in acquiring Schremp.
