Every time there's a blood drive (in the community, at work, etc...) I'm reminded that I can't give blood in the States because I lived in England in 1993-1994 and from 1995 to 1999 and LifeSource (amongst others) are afraid of
Mad Cow Disease.
It really sucks because I'm O-, the universal donor.
