After reading this, I got to wondering what movie character would headline Paxton's obituary if he died today.
Would it be Hudson in Aliens? Chet in Weird Science? The treasure hunter in Titanic? Apollo 13 (never seen it)? Morgan Earp?
Dude's been in a ton of movies, but doesn't really have a defining character. I think, for me, I will always think of him as Chet, with Hudson as a close second (and that is only b/c my brother and I still use the "Game over, man!" quote from time to time).
