I cut TE Randal Patterson
I sign a patch:
TE Andrew Ramirez for a year to start and be my TE
I cut WR Kennedy Banks
I sign OT Malcolm Dowdell, California, for a year
I am 9 million under the cap
We sold 47,200 season tix
I need to make a C and a WR decision.
I need to figure out Mickey Baum and Jesse Tate.
Mickey Baum is tough. He will be a UFA next year, so there is no RFA window to evaluate him now and resign him later if warranted like I can do with Tate, McGowan and Wilkerson.
I try to see what I can get for him. The Jets want him enough to offer a 1st and 7th for him. Now that’s pretty good. I take them up on that offer.
I sign WR Barry Warren as a patch for this year.
