The reason they contacted Cincinnati was apparently because this is the AFL 50 year anniversary, and because of the legacy of Paul Brown.. The team does have a lot of interesting storylines developing as well, with Palmer and his elbow, Chad and whatever he does, a couple of rookies who will either bust or be great in most peoples opinions, the Roy Williams signing and attempt at career resurrection, and Mike Zimmer, who is apparently a sailor.
Its most definitely a new team and they made big strides defensively last season with no offensive help and no pass rush, so it will be interesting to see what the camp is like and whether the players they have now are mature enough to deal with the constant eye of the cameras.
I think it'll make for good TV, but I am biased. Always wanted to see this with the Bengals as the subject after the first season they filmed in Dallas.
