I am probably what you would refer to as an NCAA fanboy most years but this year, not so much. It does play better than the demo but it feels like it is little more than a $60 patch to be honest.

Improvements-
The progressive lighting looks good
Some minor presentation upgrades (Erin Andrews, the bands, etc)
Some minor pursuit angle tweaks (still seeing some problems here)
Improved QB play (the passes coming out bad when hit, some air-mailed balls, although I'm not really finding it any harder to pass)

Disappointments
Pursuit angles are still a problem as far as I can tell (not as bad, but still bad)
None of the new stuff (teambuilder, etc.) really grabbed me
Don't notice a graphics upgrade
Presentation is still fairly atrocious (and I like the guys that do the pbp, but it feels old)

I guess, looking at that list, the improvements seem good but for $60, I guess I hoped for more. In fact, this is the first time that I really feel like I paid for very little more than a roster upgrade.

If 09 didn't exist, I would give this an 8.5, maybe a 9.

Since this is 09 v2.0, I have to give it about a 7.
