I helped with equipment handout on Saturday. During that process, I spoke with Reece's dad. During our talk, he mentioned that it would be "great to use" his terminology for the kids so that they get used to it and spoke briefly about the spread offense concept.
That just about seals the deal for me. Assistant or not, I'm not allowing him to tell me what offense to run, much less what terminology to use.
