Yeah, that is something that always makes me nervous when I come up with my various lists. I'm always afraid of hurting someone's feelings which is why I tend to focus more on who is doing well instead of who is doing poorly.
I would be like.. ok ranking the top 45 managers of all time... everyone ends up tied for 1st. Good job all!
