John Phillips has made fans throughout Front Office Offseason League take notice over the past month with an exceptional 4-1 record. No pitcher in the Continental League threw better in May, garnering him the Pitcher of the Month award today.

In 7 starts Phillips compiled a 2.79 ERA, putting up a 4-1 record, striking out 47 and tossing 42 innings.

On his stats sheet this season Phillips shows a 6-4 record, 13 starts, 76.2 innings, 81 strikeouts and a 3.52 ERA.
