What I usually try to do, with any non-EU players I sign in England, whether they get a work permit or not, is ensure the contract is as long as possible, so by the time its up they qualify for citizenship and dont need a new work permit.

Ah, thanks. I actually got myself a team in Poland, but my guys don't want to go there on loan. I don't really blame them, but I guess it means they're doomed to leave eventually. Oh well, I guess I'll have to put the kibosh on signing non-EU youngsters.
