The PAXEAST842 code can be used as long as your total is $39.95 so it can't be used for ME2 alone, but the DLC for Need For Speed: Undercover and Mass Effect: Pinnacle Station DLC would with the code would make the total $19.95. That's the only way I've seen to get to exactly $39.95, but anything over that will get you the coupon discount.
