What do you mean the only two uncleared voters on Saldana?
To play devil's advocate, the wolves may have felt they didn't have a choice. They probably saw what I saw, and what I assumed you saw, Danny, which was Chief Rum vouching for Saldana in a seer- like way. I took that to mean that he had scanned Saldana as good. They might have assumed they were the Clauses and not felt they could pick by voting record.
