I actually have no idea what the escrot service does. Destiny can investigate a player for how much money they have. mauboy1 can confirm this; he had the service Night One (and ntn can confirm, too, I think, since mauboy1 told him so).

Okay I figured it was something innocent. Like I said above (and I'm pretty sure someone said it before, so I didn't feel weird revealing it), the escort service lets you send an escort to any player, preventing them from taking night actions.
