Added the list of skills which each player will be rated in. Each player will be randomly given skill ratings (all players will have the same total "skill points" but how they are given out will be random. Each player may then chose to add 2 points to their total, to whatever skill they chose.
The race will begin in Las Vegas. But that is the only teaser gven about the race until it starts.
