That said, Royals score 1 in the 8th and 2 in the 9th to split the series with the Indians. It's neat playing baseball for 1st place, even if it's just April. I know we won't have this in September but it's fun now.
Weird fluke of the schedule- Royals have only played 5 road games so far but will more than double this with 3 in Texas and 3 in Cleveland coming up.
