Upped my resistance on the elliptical from 12 to 13 two days ago and kept my pace the same. Two days ago when I did it it was fine. Yesterday (maybe because I was like 1.5 hours later than usual working out?) it absolutely kicked my ass. I couldn't even finish...came up like 4 minutes short of my 45 minutes, and that was after taking a couple extra short breaks in the middle.
Looking forward to seeing how today goes.
