Not at all. Now what's funny is I haven't worked out for three days now and I've lost 3.5 pounds. Just decided to give my body a massive break and see if hitting a reset button might do something.
The reason I asked the question is I've been reading some things about how if you get your heart rate too high during a workout your body will not end up burning fat.
