Portion control I suppose would be key...maybe cutting down the size of the omlette gradually too? And cutting down the size of dinner a bit after that. Then being careful about what you're eating late at night. I'm like you...I like to nibble at night, so I try to make sure that it's relatively healthy stuff (a handful of dry cheerios, fat free instant pudding, fruits) if I do have to eat something. Because those are calories you can't work off so they'll go straight into you...so if you have bad things then it's the absolute worst.
