So I had taken a week off of doing anything physical. I go for a 5K run with some decent size hills and after another couple of days I weight myself. After 9 days, I'm down 5 pounds! Sweet! So now I'm going to kick it backup. Tuesday I lifted and 30 min on level 15 on elliptical machine. Today? Right back up four pounds.
I have not a clue what's going on here. I know I'm supposed to lift in addition to cardio but I have to wonder if that's really the case.
