DC - to piggyback on what Bucc said - I think you need to keep an eye on portion control - particularly with all those eggs at lunch for one. You need to really contract your stomach and get used to eating a lot less. 4 tacos (of any sot) for dinner? I eat one hot dog now and I'm full for 6+ hours.
And change up your working out until you find something that works and spurs the weight loss and then keep going with that until it stops working. Also...I know it's tough with the kids, but make sure you get at least some physical exercise in everyday.
